    Policy Status

    Effective May 2026. Applies to all orders placed through the GoVivaPet Supply store.

    Return Window

    You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

    Requests made after this 14-day window cannot be processed due to the specialized nature of mobility equipment.

    Return Conditions

    Items must be in original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

    Equipment can be opened and tested for fit, but must be UNUSED and free of pet hair, odors, or signs of wear. We maintain strict hygiene standards for the safety of all animals.

    Return Shipping

    The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or sizing returns.

    GoVivaPet will provide a prepaid label if the item arrived damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

    How to Return

    Email hello@govivapet.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

    Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with specific return instructions and the warehouse address for your items.

    Refund Timeline

    Once received, returns are inspected within 2 business days.

    Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund is processed.

    Shipping Options

    REGULAR SHIPPING: 5–10 business days via USPS or UPS.

    PRIORITY SHIPPING: 2–4 business days via USPS or UPS.

    Tracking is provided on all orders via email as soon as the label is generated.

    Non-Returnable

    DIGITAL GUIDES: PDF downloads and workshop access are non-refundable due to their immediate digital nature.

    HYGIENE ITEMS: For safety reasons, opened pet hygiene products (such as harnesses, diapers, or bedding) that show signs of use cannot be returned.

    Damaged Items

    If your gear arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item immediately.

    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a swift replacement or full refund process.
