Our focus today is gathering feedback, refining the catalog, and providing free bilingual previews. No gear is available for active checkout today.
Future Payments
We are currently finalizing our business registration (LLC/EIN) and banking setup.
Stripe integration for secure global payments will follow immediately once these steps are complete. We will notify the launch list as soon as checkout is live.
Gear Fulfillment
VivaPetGo uses a curated dropshipping model for mobility gear. We are currently reviewing supplier details for each listing.
Fulfillment times and packaging will be confirmed per product. We do not claim to "verify" suppliers but we do review listing quality.
Shipping Zones
We are mapping shipping zones and carrier rates. Most physical gear will target North America initially.
Final shipping costs, tracking procedures, and delivery protocols will be published clearly before we open for orders.
Returns & Refunds
We are establishing return windows and condition rules for mobility gear, which requires high hygiene standards.
Terms will be strict but fair to ensure every pet receives clean, safe gear. Final refund policies are under review.
Digital Delivery
Bilingual guides are planned for immediate PDF download. We are currently testing the delivery flow for these files.
