During checkout, we collect your name and shipping address. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

To process and fulfill your mobility gear orders.
To send essential order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking numbers. If you opted into our launch list, we use your email to send store opening announcements.
Account Access
An account is automatically created for you using your email or Google sign-in when you place an order.
This account allows you to securely access your order history and tracking information at any time without needing a separate password.
No Selling Data
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.
We share only the minimum necessary data with our trusted partners: Stripe (for payments) and USPS/UPS (for delivery).
Data Retention
We retain your order information for as long as your account is active to provide you with order history.
You can request the permanent deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@govivapet.com from your registered email address.
